Milk quality analyzer "Laktan 1-4M" model 220 is used to determine the percentage of fat, protein, solids-non-fat (SNF), added water, temperature and density in a sample of fresh whole, preserved, pasteurized, normalized, powder milk, skimmed milk and a long storage milk.
